Tanks Back On
I will admit in the first 5 minutes of the game last night I got duped.
After that opening fluke goal the Habs had nothing. The Bruins were faster. The Bruins played harder. The Bruins were more skilled. The Bruins looked like a team ready to compete in the playoffs of a new style of game.
Without regret I must announce the following:
The tank is back on
But did it really ever leave?
Brad Marchand looked good, Patrice Bergeron looked good, Charlie McAvoy looked good. All the Bruins had to do was show up, and two points were sitting there waiting.
Onto the Capitals. Please sir, take our 2 points.
